Firewall is a possibility.
Is the TS3 server player hosted? If yes, he/she didn't forward his/her ports.

No it's a paid host. Everyone else can connect fine. When i join i get this message. They actually see me joining the teamspeak and then i get timed out, but all i see is the screenshot i posted above.
I'll try connect without my firewall on, let you know in a sec.

Still same message. Connected with the firewall completely off and didn't work. Also checked and it already was in the "allowed programs" list of my firewall.
Other suggestions? Need to get this fixed.

No idea what that is. Can you tell me what to change in my router settings?

Open the following ports in your router settings:
TCP&UDP 9987
TCP&UDP 10011
TCP&UDP 30033
Go to
http://www.portforward.com to see how to do it for your router. On the bottom of your router it says which one it is.
