Does anyone know what the outside black is called in the main iwd's?

Im talkin about like when you scope in and your vision is narrowed down to just your sight. Id like to reduce the black so its transparent (or at least just semi transparent) . But im having trouble finding the iwi for it.

If anyone knows what it is, i'd really appreciate it.
