well, im not exactly sure, but i dont see why you want them gone... its very helpful so you can see what guns are there and such when you are scrolling through them.. helps me when im sniping for a while and dont remember what i have lol... so i would leave them on there.. but if you really want them gone, go to http://www.google.com and search for the commands.. GOod luck with it..

Why do you want to remove them?

I'm 99% sure it is cheat protected.

Have a look in your config_mp.cfg file - it has all the commands there. It will be cg_drawhud or something similar.
