map making need help !!!

Hi all, im new too map making and im now stuck, ok here's my problem i've almost finished makin my map but i have no idea on how to make two teleporters one to public secret room and an other to the admin secret room if there is anyone out there that can either walk me through it or even do it for me through team viewer would be most helpful and will even get there name on the credits for the help i receive !!

Pretty sure there are some threads on teleporters on this site. Just use the search bar

Sorry Hoogie didnt mean to post in wrong place i just really want to finish my map. Ok this is wat i got so far on the teleporters i have made one trigger_multi and i have made the red square and i think i have the correct targetsnames and the script origin but i dont think i have done those correct i would just like someone to have a look and see if i have messed up or just missed something and i have the script written on paper but dont know wat to do with it?
