Basically the author for each map is one place below where it should be (or something like that).
Eg.
"mp_peds_propel - *random author*
mp_*random map* - Pedsdude"

Got the problem aswell sometimes but a simple press on the F5 button fixes it.

Most likely lag reading form the sql database.
