Posting demos

I know this question has probly been asked over 1million times but i need to know, how do you post demos, and before you ask i have used the search..... lost opf results not enough time to read a whole thread that has one 'posting' in it....

so i need to know how to post them or how to upload them to which site ty

Email them to a codjumper team member that accepts demos (see people's profiles on the site to see if they accept demos or not, and where to send them if they do).

Alternatively you can upload it somewhere and post the link here.
