Previewing Models

I can't, when i select it it says 'can't find preview image'
It worked before and now it's broken again >.< forgot how i fixed it last time.
Anyone here able to help me? ^^ thanks in advance.

Also, when i wanna compile my reflections some window shows up for 1 sec and then disappears again... it's not compiling the reflections, it also worked before but not anymore, since i reinstalled it's all messed up again
