I found this one today, not that hard, but easy to use in public. Dont know of it's new, but i'd never seen before:

Its new, however you could simply crouchjump from the restaurant's window (the one right next to bus) to that brown thingy, then jump onto the bus.

oops accidentally reported that (little screen big finger) well anyways ti's tactical insertion when dead they respawn back there so I shoot it
