I found this one today, not that hard, but easy to use in public. Dont know of it's new, but i'd never seen before:

Its new, however you could simply crouchjump from the restaurant's window (the one right next to bus) to that brown thingy, then jump onto the bus.

It's not new I see people do it all the time it gets annoying so I shoot there ti's should of put it in a better spot
