in this picture. all my open windws are really small and stacked 2 by 2. and u gotta use those little arrows to go to the other open windows.

no clue how i got it that way all i know is i hate it and its a pain in the ass.

anyone know how to change it back to regular with all the open windows across the start bar.

Sorry, no idea. Just to clarify for those who may know, I think that when you say "u gotta use those little arrows to go to the other open windows", you mean the small window panes in the bottom right (outside, to the left of the tray icons).

You have extended the Quickbar by the looks of it.

Unlock your taskbar and look for the separators. Move them back to start menu.
