Ummmmm my pc has a mind of is own?

Well last night i turned off my pc (normaly) by the normal turn off buton on the start menu. I started it up this morning before i came to my dads, and it first said something like "could no open blablabla (as if it was trying to run the disk in the drive, which was themw2 #2 disk. so i took it out and said cancel) at the time it asked me, it was already at my normal desktop screen, i could see my background, but nothing else. Anyways after i pressed cancel, it went to my normal desktop and i could see all my programs. However, i couldnt see the blue bar at the bottom (it was small and grey) i couldnt see the start menu, i couldnt get onto the internet and i couldnt hear sound. And for somereason its set itslef in classic mode. I dont have a fucking clew what has happend lol. So basicly it set itself to default, but a bit more than that. Maybe i have to do another fuckng reformat. If any1 has any clews or questions, please help me! :<

Try a system restore? Hold WIN+R and type msconfig and click on system restore, set it back a few days. Do you get the chance of running in safe mode btw? Or get in the advanced boot menu?

My opinion... you got a virus or some bull shit up in there. same thing happened to me but my pc was on and i was watching ufc on tv for a minute. i looked back and my itunes was up, codradiant was up, a message saying "Please insert your codwaw disk in to play solo player" (not exact words) calculator , word and 56 internet explorers all playing mylazysundays.com (its gay porn and hard as hell to exit out of) and aim was open with a ton of messages sent to my girlfriend saying i hate you go die and all this bad shit.

I later found out it was my dumbass friend on his pc just fucking with me from his pc but who knows you might have the same deal going on.... btw : im not implying my friend is behind it.

Considering not only the fact that CoDJumper is built around the issue, we also have to deal with the fact that after well over a month of bringing up points as to why people should boycott MW2 people still decide to be complete dumbasses who appear to have never read a single post we've made, which makes us angrier. 1) Financially I don't need a job currently.
2) Getting a job means a comitment to times e.t.c
3) I live in the middle of nowhere and would have 45minute travel times most likely.
4) I enjoy the freedom of being able to do what I like when I like.
5) If my workload gets greater than I can lessen my 'gaming' time at no expense to myself, rather than quitting a job which I didn't need anyway.
6) I don't want to be somebodies bitch for £4 an hour.

Don't even go down the road of "can't afford MW2" Matty because I assure you that you don't have a leg to stand on


I never argue with KS.... Just like with my fiance i assume im wrong. (unless its a personal thing)

KS can actually take the second to line them up nicely and make them more read-able. where as i just jot my shit down and submit haha.

im in the same boat as well with these points. finacialy I do not need one either. getting a part time job requires me to be some ones bitch for $8.75 an hour and i do not have flexible enough of a schedule to work crazy hours or on the fly. the freedom kicks more ass than $8.75 an hour can ever buy me. im taking 7 classes and 2 and a half hours of ABC 3 nights a week and still find the time for a lil zombie mode on waw and pwning noobs on CoD4 and still party with friends on weekend nights and taking my fiance to movies or dinner. now i dont think that getting a job is worthe loosing half that... for 8.75 an hour. but different strokes for different points

Yer i understand im not as nerdy as u and go to some bofin uni, but i still have to do some studying. And btw i doub it will be £4 an hour as £5:60 or something in minimun.
