Most awesome soccer management game?

Hi.

Im on the subject because I started playing Ultimate Soccer Manager 98 again. As the name suggests it is based on the 97/988 season but the gameplay is phenomenal for such an old game. Its really easy to find on the internet these days too.

Thing is Im getting a bit bored because I think the game IS a bit too random (ie, manchester united full squad vs morecambe in a leage cup game could go any way). also the easiest way for lower league teams is to simply snap up loads of youth players and train them, so youve got a squad of great players for the next season.

What other good management games is there?

I only play the Football Manager series (what used to be Championship Manager). Without doubt the greatest football management game ever.
