just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.

Anyone have any ideas? :?

You might need to install the latest:
Microsoft .NET Framework
Microsoft Visual c++ 2005 redist
(not sure on this one, Because i know there are newer versions out, but then again you never know, they constantly make changes...so a new version might not have some capabilities in an older one: Also i remember uninstalling VC++ 2005 because i had downloaded the new version...and then i ran a game...and couldn't play it till i reinstalled 2005....unless i am remembering wrong...)
Direct x API(9.0 C i think?, look for latest one, I doubt that this is causing the problem, but without this you can't run Cod 4 i think)

Another good thing to do, although i don't think this is causing the problem...update your graphics drivers

Make sure your CoD4 Compile tools are updated too, there was only 1 update for them that i know of...

Most likely you need to install .net framework, or visual c++ 2005. Let me know if these suggestions fix your problem or if you still have it!!
