Promod settings

hey. i was wondering what the promod settings are. i get 125 FPS consistant and i wan to be able to do that on normal servers without mods. what have they dont that increased the fps but kept the graphics good. if any1 know what they turned off please tell me and then what i might have to type in console to take them off.

well i doubt u will be able to have the excat settings, bu im sure u can change around some to make u get more fps... Have u got all the lowest graphics, resoluions and stuff? Ebe the sound (qualiy) make sa difference.
