Black Player Model, with light source?

Black Player Model, with light source?

Sup guys, got a problem with something really wierd. After i finished my map, (with lights and everything) my gun and hands and enemies are completely black unless i stand right under a light source, only then i can see the colours on the gun and such. how can this be, the map has alot of light sources. ALL other models (cars and such) look normal. Help?
