Jump Unit Lengths

Could someone please post/link me the length of jumps for CoD4 Radiant. The ones I'm really looking for are:

Beginner Strafe Length (Aprox.)
Intermediate Strafe Length (")
Advanced/Pro Strafe Length (")

Ladder Jumps (Like the ones on Crazy_Jump, where you jump from ladder to ladder backwards)

And another thing, how do I figure the Angle of a Bounce in Radiant, Trig?

But those are just what I need, others would be appreciated

To find out those 3 strafe's, just make a load of platform's all different distances away from where you jump from.. Then simple test them until you find them...

For the angle of the bounce in radiant... Well, it all depends on the height of the starting platform and the distance away from the bounce it is So trial and error basically..
