Getting a New Graphics Card

Hey guys!

getting a new graphics card for my old pc. since i cant afford to build a computer of my own yet im gonna deal with this. its an old emachines with a P4 (2.8 GHz) with nothing but PCI and AGP ports...so i decided on getting an AGP card. but between the following 3:

i play a lot of cod4 and i need a good fps...i also edit videos and would like good quality...

Not much choice for AGP cards, I couldn't even say which card was the best tbh, my old pc had PCIE, my mac before that had AGP but I had some Nvidia card in that, probably be a good idea to read reviews, tomshardware.com is a good start.
