COD2 - How Remove Fog , Snow , Dust ? Help

Can anyone tell me what I need to download to remove dust, fog, snow because its droppin my fps a lot.
I have downloaed the no fx mod. But I cant get it to work. Can one give me any advice ? Or direct me to a mod to download. With the correct config or what I have to do step by step as I really dont know what to do. I have got other mods workings fine and jump maps. Just cant get this no fx mod I downloaded to work .. And cant find any other mods to remove snow, dust, etc.

Do you want to start a Server with the no dust mod or do you just want to play on public server without dust???

If u want to start a Server you just need to upload the mod. If u want to play on pub without dust (i hate dust on tj most) search a server where this mod is enabled... u cant just download the mod put it into main and think now dust is disabled on all the servers. The mod needs to by uploaded and enabled on the server aswell. You could also play on Servers with Pam_esl or cb mod in this "Competition" mods dust is disabled too.

If u want to rise up your fps really u could add me in xfire so i can make u a high fps cfg. I made one for Leviathan and several other people and the really liked it.

Thanks just checked your reply. It was for my server the mod. But I downloaded the "no fx mod from somewhere and put it in my ftp and it didnt work" But with a bit of googlein I found another no dust mod. And it works fine. =D

I also come on to make another thread because im still learning with servers, ftp.. server cfgs etc.

N I visited a jump server while back which only allowed you to save when your on a object and not in the air. I just wondering if anyone knows where I can find that mod. Because I hate it when you save in the air falling. Den have 2 restart. :@

And also when I put loads maps in my server ftp I get IWD.Sum/Mismatch something like that. Which is to many iwds in a folder I heard. I made another folder called "jumpmaps" and put +fs_game jumpmaps + fs_game codjumper and it dont load the jumpmaps file so still learning there.

Thanks for your help 2 and offering me a cfg. But on most maps I can get the 333, 250. 125. Just need 2 improve strafein xD =D

Ye no problem but better start with 125 to learn real strafe, cause if u start with 250 you will just do a little strafe cause everything is so easy... i made this mistake and was very bad on strafing when i switched to 125^^
