Modbuilder error

hey when i open up modbuilder.exe it says this:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application.

what to do ??

Attempt to reinstall?

Are you running vista/xp?

Yep and when u delete it before reinstall delete everything ... maybe the settings are saved and bug happens again after reinstall
