Can you get on of the mods in the cod4 demo i want to try it out before i buy it?

Why would you need a 'demo' mod to decide whether or not to buy the game?
Also, IIRC the CoD4 demo is SP only, so it's doubtful a CJ mod would be possible without a large amount of effort.
Just try jumping in the demo, and if you like it then buy the game. All the mod does is save and load your position (well, more than that but deep down I'm guessing that's all you interested in in this case).
