don't know what sports stations you have where you live, but here we have ESPN and they typically replay the Euro matches on ESPN2 at around 11pm.

Yeah I saw the Croatia/Turkey match last night, most of it was boring but the end was well worth the wait.
I've got money on Holland, Germany or Spain to win the whole tournament, so got a good chance of getting some profit
As for the team I most want to win, I would say Holland, because I like their team and they've always way underperformed, which is a shame.

I want Turkey to win, as long as they do it in the same fashion as their last 2 matches

My favourites to win have gotta be Germany now (although I'd rather Spain).

Tbh, it wasnt a very smart bet. Neither is your bet for spain. Spain, holland and portugal allways underperform, yet they dont have very good pot odds (if u win that is).
Your better off betting for italy or germany who allways perform better as expected.
It would also be much smarter to bet for russia at yesterday's match. Holland was top fav. for that match, but you know they underperform, yet everyone knows guus hiddink is the king of unexpected victories.
Offcourse its easy to say after they lost.

I think Holland just lost because they underestimated Russia, which is a very good team atm. After their last (very good) matches Holland was too convinced of themselves. Too bad, their matches where always nice to watch
But so are Russian ones... After the match yesterday they deserved to come further!

Russia is gonna lose in the semi's, to italy.. Now russia dont have the underdog position anymore, and thats when they lose.

I watched the whole game and Russia was simply better.
Underperforment ? Don't think so, they just looked bad because Russia was so good.

Underperforming= Allways (often) being seen as favorite for the title, but never winning it..
Like spain and portugal, theyre allways favorites at the start of the tournament, but never win it.

I wouldn't say Portugal are underperformers. They reached the final of Euro 2004 and got to the semis of the last World Cup, which, considering the other teams in both tournaments, is a great achievement.aicaramba wrote:Tbh, it wasnt a very smart bet.
