I GOT IT WORKING< HEAHAAAAA>

Removed the file host links like Drofder2004 said my be stopping the host file, Still didnt work,
Checked Firewall still didnt work.
Did Router, Still didnt work.
Uninstalled, re-install still didnt work.

Last thing i did was uninstall, did REGISTRY CLEAN UP, found a corrupted COD2 file, deleted it, reinstalled COD2 with Patch 1.3 again, run COD2 and guess what ??? master list showed, and i can now also connect to servers now. Yipp YEEE

So after al lthat sorry to say everyone was Wrong..lol, but thanks for the help and advice, it was the registry files.lol

We were all right, we just missed one problem, if you solved registry first, you still would've had problems
