When you are building authentic maps you need will need texturing shaders to ensure you get the most out of what you're seeing, in the 3d window. Caulk does not have shaders. I use a perticular texture, can't remember the name.

Caulking the skybox doesn't cause a problem, the only noticable difference is it will be solid.

I havent 125fps because I'm listening my media player, and it's make not fix fps

I have found these bugs, where you will need to use noclip:)
The other jumps in the 2nd part, are possible with 125.
