I don't think many people kill just for fun. A lot of people do kill because they enjoy hunting, but they also do it in such a way that is beneficial for the local area, e.g reducing rabbit numbers e.t.c
And here in Holland you're not allowed to go just hunting. There needs to be too much of a specific sort of animal before it's allowed to hunt, and even then there's a certain limit. I don't even want to think of all the administration crap which needs to be done before you may go hunting in Holland.
But yeh, Infinite lives in America so that's a lot different I bet

A lot more wild nature.

I know but its not as bad as that. you dont need firearms license for air rifle and theres only a few basic rules of where you hunt example= certain distance from roads and not let the projectile out of the area you are hunting in.

It's not really that different. In America you still need to get a license, and there are hunting seasons. It took my dad years to get a license for alligator :S.

I do eat meat. There's a huge gap between killing animals for distribution and hunting. Not only is it sure the animals don't suffer, it's also not just for the sake of killing it.

I hunt and kill for eating only, but in London using a pitchfork, I can only manage to entice poor quality meat with my spade and stabbing them between the eyes. They do suffer a little, but it cannot be avoided.

It can be avoided if you leave it for the people that actually know what they are doing. Also, you're probably not fully using the animal which makes it necessary for more to die.

I don't usually eat the hands, the finger nails are too crunchy for my liking, same goes for the feet.
But I do try to make good use of all the body parts.
The quality of hunting is getting a little harder in London as most of the prey huddle together in groups for what I imagine is a form of protection, but usually one might stray away and that is when you must strike quick, sadly no matter how careful and professional you are, glancing blows with a pitchfork don't often kill the prey quick enough.
If you know anyone who can get premium meat and killed humanely, let me know.

How about you buy your meat at the store. The companies that sell it use a device that shoots with great force into the skull which causes instant death. The animals don't suffer and aren't wasted.
The only reason you would hunt is because you consider it fun even tough the animals suffer a lot more pain. And if you're able to talk that right for yourself you must have a sick mind.
That's all.

Being born, living, and living more, just to get eaten and have your head blown up...

Sounds like they suffer to me.
