Please help low fps

please help i hav a 9800gt gfx card with dule dvi, dx10 and 256bit memory

And i only get like 250 fps on low settings

Is this for CoD4?
Make sure all the correct and latest drivers installed.

Using a high FPS config like yitch may help.

250 on the lowest settings isn't that bad, but try out yitch3.

i hav backed up my config....... i found the cfg but do i del wats in my config or jst paste after it ???

Delete and paste.
