this is not the only spot where u cant bounce though it looks bounceable. Anybody knows the exact angles?
I think the second pipebounce from pole to car is almost the closest angle u can get because u have to do a really circled jump, really just possible because u start from a huge height.

It seems theres also a startheight/bounceable ralationship because u cant bounce if you start from a very, very high height. The pipe is an good example. Sometimes u have to do a semicirclejump, so maybe u also can bounce (high height) if u do a multiple circlejump.
I would figure that out if anybody(dan?) create a custom map where you can change startheight and carposition

tbh, one of the hardest (Weirdest angle) bounce is Strike_nadejump_24 by Evil Warrior.
