Again, that is a unknown assumption. We can only assume that because he publicised the method, that he found it first, but there no doubt that someone who has never even heard of CoDJumper found it and was playing with it long before. Do you see what I am saying?

Who knows, IW/Treyarch may have found this before the game released, but did not have a suitable answer to the problem, therefore being the unpublicised founders (or 'first').

CoDJumper recognises Louw as the founder, but that does mean he found it first.

(I have this argument with every time someone posts a "I found it" post. Unless you can prove that I didn't find it first and just didn't post it, you were not first, you are just simply the guy that posted first).

You are wrong. They did NOT know about this. That guy 402 made a post on this forum and was about this bug when Louw made it public. So they have seen Louw do it the first time aswell. Which adds even more proof that Louw found it first.

Yeh, because 402 was the most informed person at Infinity Ward. He was paid to shut his mouth and look smart when he posted. How much real contribution did he bring? He posted more information about upcoming Xbox events on HIS BLOG than he did on the OFFICIAL forum.

Remember, 402 was introduced AFTER the game was past preliminary beta.

Granted, I don't know much about 402. What I do know is that he posted on these forums, and apparently he, nor anyone else knew that bouncing exist untill that time Louw found it out.

lol, interesting argument between Drofder and Zait :P

I would have to side with Drofder on this one. Although I see what you're saying Zait, nobody can properly claim to have been the original discoverer of a jump/bounce.
