What do you mean, 'not really'? I have personally seen people bounce before Louw. He did however exploit its full potential and make the link as to how to other bounces e.t.c, which was the most important step.

He's the first one to make a claim to have found the glitch, therefore the "finder" of it. It doesn't necessarily make him the first to realize it, but he was the first to claim and recognize the glitch.

He is simply the first to release public announcement of it. He never 'found' it. Technically he stumbled across it

Although the first to perform the Pipeline Bounce (again, recorded and public) was Louw.

Saying Louw found the bounce glitch is like saying Christopher Columbus discovered America.

And there we have it, the very reason WHY we cannot assume Louw was the FIRST person to find it, because ANYONE could've found it first.

Remember, some of the most amazing scientists and inventors of our time, merely stole another persons ideas and developed them quicker (usually due to better resource and money, not brain power).

Louw ain't stupid, you know that Drofder. He's not your random guy finding something. Obviously he just jumped against a car and he saw himself flying, and then he figured out what the hell happened. I'm fairly positive that's what happened. He didn't only show bounces in his first movie, he also explained how it worked. And that's why he found it first, because he understood how it worked.
