From what i've seen, 2008 was the REAL 2012, and we're still here in 2009. I won't go into detail about that because i'll be flamed, but even if the world is supposed to end on December 21, 2012 (12/21/2012, M/D/Y) i wouldn't believe it for the fact that there are too many 1's and 2's in that date, and what's up with that lonely 0?

The date is irrelevant and actually coincidental.
The date is based on the exact day the most precise calender in the world is set to end... or restart, the Mayan Calender.

Everyone says they got the lunar cycle correct so theywill have got this correct, but just cause you get one thing right it doesnt mean they get everything right. I could bet my life on nothing happening :idea:
