To get out of the map, just follow the girder all the way around and eventually you will be able to get out.

I found this earlier today and although it hasn't been tested complete, as in I haven't gotten somebody to do it with, I did test with gravity and it shouldn't be too hard.
Also, you have to land on the side of the girder facing you, or else your slip back down.
