Need help with this crash bounce (link fixed)

Hey guys, I was browsing xfire videos when I came across this video of a Crash bounce. I have never seen this one before, I have been trying it for ages and I can't seem to make it. I can't quite tell where the bounce is on the car because the video lags right as the guy hits it, but I've been trying everywhere and can't seem to make it, does anybody know how to do this?

It lagged because it's a complete fake...
Just remember that bounces usually don't bounce THAT much higher without an RPG, and videos wont (lag) when the "bounce" is being preformed.
