CRYSIS WARHEAD = PURE WIN

Well, I made this topic mainly to be the first one in this section, but to those that have played it... Do you like it?

I downloaded and I personally fucking love it Great graphics (2x better than first Crysis)
I'm just gonna wait for a month or two, and if it becomes a popular MP game, I'll buy and start playing online I guess

What FPS do you guys get? I have everything on max and get 40-75

is it really that new or different than Crysis? To me it just looked like a big marketing ploy to make a few bucks.

It's supposed to add on to the story from that Australian guy's point of view.
Haven't heard much about it, probably something I will buy anytime soon.

Never played Crysis before. Is it an Expansion Pack or a completely new game ? If it's a new game, isn't it extremely fast ?

Just been playing Crysis. On easy. People just don't die. It takes an entire clip to kill them, even when I lay prone, aim for the head and shoot in short bursts. Frustrating as hell.

Well you obviously aren't playing the game right.

1. Cloak
2. Sneak behind them
3. Hide in some bushes
4. Switch to strength mode
5. Wait about 5-10 seconds
6. Sprint out and punch
7. Repeat until aliens start attacking you

Cloak lasts way too short a period of time. Also, for some reason, the people on the boat guns seem immune to my cloaking ability.

Also, if I switch to strength to hit someone, someone else shoots me, causing me to lose my energy and not have enough power to hit him.

Not sure then. Don't take on so many guys at once?

It's out in the open and once one sees you all the others come!

The most guys I ever had to face was about 5. During the entire sunrise level I think the most I fought at once was about 4. That was at the point with the scattered rocks on the beach. Don't strike while the boats are near. Use cloak to get close and grab people and pull them back quickly. Or, even better, use the tranquilizer on your gun. People don't immediately start firing and it is an instant takedown. Keep all of them down until you get close then just punch to kill them and you don't even have to fire your gun. To take down the boat just swim underwater and strength jump onto the back. Then just punch out the guys. Oh, and never use vehicles.

Pedsdude most enemies use body armor and knee pads etc, so firing on body is almost useless (It will take 3-8 shots then) What I do is use the single fire mode and put strenght on for like 1 second and shoot him once in the head

Game was a little bit too short though :S And the ending was gay.

I think crysis was a more fun game as I had expected, still not very good, but decent.
As for the enemies not dying: they do take a fair amount of shots, but not an entire clip for me.

Oh, and never use vehicles.

Why not? I use them all the time, infinite ammo

meh, I play stealth style. And if you use a vehicle and try and stealth you get owned.

How to play Crysis:


1. Cloak
2. Grab
3. Strength
4. Throw/Punch
5. Hide
5. Rinse and Repeat

As with you Peds, I played it on easy at a mates house and it took several clips to down a single enemy. I then used the hide
and ambush technique to complete the level.

One of my least favourite FPS games to ever be released.
