Delete all the mods from your main / outside your main and then play the demo, that way it should be removed.

play the demo with pam mod and try /sv_playersleft 0 or something like this...

I assume you could edit the hud files and take it out.

any tips how to do that?
But its strange that you can remove it with 2d, but there is no single command 4 it
