Over the internet most likely yeh. But you can also play it over LAN.

Not really liking the graphics tbh. It looks like they tried to keep the old style a bit while still making it look new and detailed. Therefore, it is an artistic style of graphics, however I don' think they took the artistic level far enough so it just kinda looks like crappy graphics imo. Other than that I never really played Diablo that much, but I might look into it.

I used to love these style of games but never played Diablo, I went off them and just stuck to FPS, but when this comes out, I may change my mind :P

That's maybe because shitloads of people try to watch it at the same time.

I just tried, it's almost instant while it took forever yesterday.

Anyway, there's no releasedate yet.

Wrath of the Lich King first followed by Starcraft 2 and lastly Diablo 3 I pressume.

Ah it works now. Saw this in the WoW launcher a while ago :P.
Looks kidna fun, never played Diablo before.

The reason why Diablo is so great because of the awesome story and lore behind it all.

Blizzard is pro at cutscenes, story and lore. Warcraft and Diablo just are amazingly done. Although there's only one Starcraft so I can't say a lot about that.
