Why is this community so ignorant?

I kept asking polietly how to do bounceload on the servers for days.
The only answers I got were "STFU NOOB", "dont ask n00b" etc.
When I asked them why are they so hard for newbies, they votekicked me.
Then I started bitching.
Ofcourse I was right, on all of the things that they stated me, their only argument was "LEAVE THE SERVER IF U DONT LIKE PLAYING NOOB".
I refused to do it, so I got votekicked.
That's why I'm asking - why is this community so ignorant and so childish? Most people on the servers seem to be 12 year olds, acting like they though they are the masters of the game.

Also, you wanted to learn loadbounce, which we do not support and do not advise people to do.

Well I might have acted like that, because I was allready pissed off by those retards, that think they're over everybody because they can trigger that lame glitch.
The servers are usually most of the community, so I though everyone is like that, but seems like I was wrong about that.
Anyway, could you unban me on server #1 and #2? Pretty please.

@ innkeeper: It is being removed because majority of the players on the server only do jumps with loadbounce, this is causing new jumpers to think that it is actually the idea behind jumping. Causing more ppl to use it, etc.
We do not approve of it, but never felt it should be removed, but lately it is simply being used toooo much.

From my experience from the cod2 CJ servers, most of the people on them have never been on the forums; which in my opinion is where the community is.
