Private server, /NOCLIP and nade-inventing

How can i activate cheats ( /sv_cheats 1) on my own hosted server?

is it possible?

you know to activate noclip and throw nades and follow them by flying around the map, like it was possible in COD 1

You can also use '/give ammo' to restock your nades (if you're not running the codjumper mod). It's also easier to bind this to a key.

for nadthrowing i prefer /ufo over /noclip because if u lean u go straight UP(so u can check where to throw to) and use /player_sustainammo 1 to get unlimited ammo

You can do the same with noclip except that you press space instead of lean to go up and crouch to go down.
