Well although Virgin now has 20-mbt, so does some other internet providers, Virgin Tech team told me they working on geting 50-mbts up soon, but that may take little time as they still working on 20-mbt conntions through out the country,and untill thats done we have to wait for 50-mbts, but it is in the pipeline for later this year hopefully.

Yea may sound good, but they need to fix the fucking issues out here 1st..

Today my connection was between 2-4 mbts all day, i rang them and complianed about it, they said sorry there is still an issue in my area, 15 days this has been going on for i told them. It's all due to tthe updateing i think.

Whats the point of having this fucking 20-mbt connect ,even if i did only pay (5p) for it, if i cant use it most of the times.
Plus the new modem has not arrived yet, so i be calling Customer support up tomorrow and man about that to.

Since Virgin took over Telewest, it's got worse and worse, Telewest was a far better operator,and had things sorted withing 24-48 hours not bloody 15 days so far to date with Virgin media assholes.

i areal pissed of steve today... Grrrrrrrrrr
