It was quite hard to do it cause it was made from 4 seperate screenshots. I did it in Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and Adobe Imageready.

I'll see about moving that one frame up a few pixels to see if it looks better, and nice idea with a jump knakworst - will have to see if i can do that
