My New Movie Site

long a go, i had a sucessfull Movie site,(EDITED) it had mostly all the latest movies to, i had over 3500 members, but i got hacked and lost the site,even with the Database backup it couldnt be repaired. So ive now decided to make a new Site, Just for movies.

You can Download the movies from the attached link downloads or even watch sertan ones online. LEGALY (EDITED)

You may even add your COD4 Demos/Videos if poosted in the correct sections.

It's not Fucking Warez it movies and all are avalible online free for viewing like the TV site links that was posted befor.

Fuxk to Trading standard shit KS, look around in google, theres thousands of site offering movies, like i said once befor i pay for my downloads, but now there hundreds of sites where people go and watch movies free online.. And i bet half of you guys do.!!! watch online movies and maybe download them.?

TV-links, Satilite, online raido, pay per view sites, ect ec,t now tell me that they are illigle and are breaking copyright laws.
if they are then tell Trading Standards.??? What about BBC, ITV, CNN, Ect ect they offer online Movies are they illegal. Shit no they not.

Mine is like any other site, im just linking movie site links, i am in NO way storeing on my webspace or hosting site any movies, they just links, and im not breaking any LAWS

You need to chill out a little firstly, secondly you may have missed the point, the above post of 'and you said that why' (or similar wording) is basically a, "what did you gain from confessing that information?" this my light hearted reply

My last site that got hacked to shit was also a movie site, as same as the one im doing now, i was just stateing i had one in the past and was starting a new one, and if ya guys wanted to pay it a visit ya welcome to, if not then dont.
If my old site was still around i may of posted that, but coz it isnt and im doing a new one i posted the new link .lol

Movie Sites was once called Warez Sites, even if they didnt have warez on them but now movies sites are now called movie sites and not warez sites. lol , or even called Video sites, tv sites, cinimar sites, ect ect..

Then tell that to BBC, ITV, CNN, Channle 4 ect ect then. If it's illegal why dont they get busted, coz they have copyright Laws protecting them, meaning they can show what they like. meaning i can download from them if i wish.. If downloading movies is illegal then why are Companies like Virgin, Sky ect are bringing out Setop boxes allowing people to download and save movies to there topbox hard drives.. (Answer me that) it simular as having downloading from the WEB.

they're hosting their shows. You know, the ones they have rights to. You have no ownership over any show, therefore no right to host them. As for DVR's, you are recording them as private property, with no intention or right to share them with anyone but yourself. If I am not mistaken, you sign an agreement when you get the box.

But im not Hosting any Movies, like i said im just posting the links to where you can download or watch the movies, so im not breaking any copywrite laws , it's like posting an address to a site, say like someone wants to find a town, so you post directoins where they need to go. Thats not illegal is it, so i still say posting links to movies viewing or downloading is not illegal,.

The only thing is if the person want to download a movie then thats up to them ,there are sites that encode movies with encryptions that the movie is then un-watcherble after 48 hours, but you pay for these movies. posting a link ifor an unlimited time untill the link is either deleted or changed is not illegal as your just passing on the information from other site,(Thats what im doing). so i dont think im breaking any laws or copywrite laws at this time.. Now if i was to download a movie then host it on a web server and say it mine then and only then im breaking the Copyright laws.

I know most of these things from pass experiances.. Ask my solisitor..lol (long story wont go into this.lol........
Shareing links is not illegal, hosting stuff is illegal, im only posting link, Not Hosting anythink. Now if i want to download stuff then thats up to me, and if i get done for downloading that my ard luck, but there is laws where i can download and keeps on my hard drives for ex-amount of time, then im ment to deleted it after that time..

Im not saying to people hay new movie ghost-buster 6 or rambo 5 is out go download it now, coz im not im , im just posting information saying that the movie is avalible for downloading if they wish to download it and take a chance in not getting caught when downloading, shit man millions of sites are doing movies now, and thousands of site like mine just shareingthe links and not hosting.

true, but there must be something illegal about it. I have heard of sites that have been shut down that did not upload or even embed the videos. Believe me, the law finds a way around it a lot of the time.
