New pages added to the site

Some of you may have noticed the 4 new pages we have added to the site.

In the past, I've always felt that the demos were maybe not clearly placed on the site (for example, if some people didn't realise that the map names on the right hand side were links then they would have never found the demos!), so I decided to create 4 new pages, one for each game, listing the maps and links to the respective jump category pages.

They are linked on the main page of the site at the top (we currently don't have a UO image so only 3 are at the top), at the top of the categories on the right and as large text links in the latest demos section on the main page.

We also plan to change the links at the top so that they're 100x100 images of the Call of Duty logos (similar to the icons), but so far we haven't managed to come across any such images so they'll have to do for now.

I've updated it so that it's using some proper(ish) images now.

I did want just the stars / #4, but couldn't find any large images for them, so that'll have to do (at least for the meanwhile).
