New panzer jump in railyard

I found this one when i was just panzering for fun. ITs pretty cool. You line up backwards with the stone across from german spawn (up the stairs by white glitch roof) lean out, shoot and jump and you get ontop of the stone. Then you can jump to a cool ledge. I have a demo but im a noob at this and dont no how to put it in. Could someone tell me how to do it so i can show you guys my new spot.
