Cod4 old school mod?

i heard about a mod called old scholl mod. it is easier to jump with this mod.
1. Is that right?
2.Where can i download?^^
3.can i open servers with a mod (when yes how)

2. U dont need to dl it... its integrated in the game (like hardcore mode)

i think its this command: 'set scr_oldschool_mw 1' to start a server with old school

but old school sux...-.- go and jump without
