why did i ?

ok i was in spec mode for cod 4 and i got kicked for no reason i was down stairs at the time then when i come up it said

player kicked

I did nothing wrong so is there anyway to get back on ?
How long do i get temp banned for ?

There are ppl on it that abuse the kick vote, since nearly everyone votes yes without knowing why they do it, it can be abused easily.. its not something we can help. We can turn off votes, but that also disables map votes etc.
