Jesus, didn't realise it was that expensive on the train. I'd take the bus with those prices in mind.

It would have been Â£98 single but I have a young person's railcard, so i got a reduction. It's not that bad if you book way in advance - 1 hour beforehand = high prices

They're phonetically the same, if that's the right adjective. Coaches are okay anyway, I can sleep if i'm not sitting by anyone and I know noone is going to draw on my face or something.

I'm pretty sure it is an adjective. If you take 'the same' to be a noun, then it's describing the noun, and is therefore an adjective. It can't be an adverb, because 'the noun' is not a verb.

The thread doesn't need locking, we've been discussing bus journeys amongst other things, instead of posting stupid comments such as "I LOVE <3" and then someone else responding in the same manner, and then people quoting each other and not adding anything new to the conversation.
