Take screenshots in-game, then upload them to sites like http://www.photobucket.com or http://www.imageshack.us

photobucket is the best, allows you to make your own album and save screenshots.

No Oldschool Mode demos will be uploaded.

In regard to the screenshots, if you uploaded one to your album you see a couple of options below the actual screenshot you took (E-mail and IM, Direct Link, HTML Code and IMG Code), copy the line of text behind IMG Code, if you copy and paste that line of text here it shows the picture so there's no need to link to your album, it's much easier
