It's a company which has stores in London, called Pixmania, so I doubt they're scamming me, just some issues with delivery?

Speaking of which, still no sign on delivery. Luckily I'm getting the hang of navigating webpages with just a keyboard and am actually doing it right now instead of using a uni computer

Still, it's a pain in the arse, and I can't seem to be able to sign in to MSN, so if people want to speak to me then you can find me on xfire.

Small time companies are not worth the hassle. Bigger companies take out insurance on deliveries and will notify you of problems.

I recently ordered three Albums from HMV. I ordered 1 separately and 2 together. The one by itself arrived about 4 days after ordering. One of the 2 came about a week after ordering it. The 2nd arrived 2 weeks later. I didn't recieve any emails regarding a delay or the product being out of stock. Pretty rubbish tbh. For probably the biggest UK music store, i'd expect better service than that ;/

I would laugh, well I did, but Peds it 50 quid out of pocket ;o Pretty lame tbh. I ordered a guitar from America about 5 years ago and Parcel Force dented it with a hammer, (to check it wasnt made of resin or something) cut off all the strings, ripped off the volume/tone control, badly scratched, some free stuff that was meant to be with it was missing etc... so we sued them for 2k. bam.

You would think so, but unless you want to pay about an extra Â£30 quid, I wouldn't recommend it. Plus shops only sell "desktop" mice, not gaming.

Advice though, phone Parcel Force customer service and demand a full refund on your product for their inability to deliver to the correct person.

Anyway, I don't regret having that convo etc. as I've had to type exactly the same thing on msn/xfire about 5 times already, and it's getting rather frustrating.

Gonna possibly phone them up today and find out what's going on.
