Trick for serveradmins against cheaters ...

This goes to all serveradmins:)
There is a trick to get rid of lot cheaters,who are using also undetected hacks!

As far as I am aware, there is currently only one multihack for cod4, who also is being distributed for privately money ...

Unfortunately, the makers of this hack where not very wise, because he has cvars used in the console to activate it:)

That means you have to activate this cheat through these cvar in the console to enable it to work, eg: mom_aimbot 1

For activating these cheat the cheaters need to type this in their console:

MOM_AIMBOT 1
Mom_esp 1
MOM_AUTOSHOOT 1
Mom_killspam 1
MOM_stats 1
Mom_Radar 1
Mom_DistEsp 1
MOM_KillSpam 1
MOM_KillSounds 1

Now, however, there is a simple trick to suppress this!
If someone on your server come with the undiscovered cheat / hack he has bought, he will be forced to type in these commands in the console.

If your cvars that prohibits punkbuster by the cheater with his undiscovered hack the nolonger cheat, because otherwise he is because he kicked like mom_aimbot to 1, instead of 0,

To suppress this cheat you need to do the following in your pbsvuser.cfg write that in the (pb) folder on your server is:

pb_sv_cvar MOM_AIMBOT IN 0
pb_sv_cvar mom_esp IN 0
pb_sv_cvar MOM_AUTOSHOOT IN 0
pb_sv_cvar mom_killspam IN 0
pb_sv_cvar MOM_stats 0

pb_sv_cvar Mom_DistEsp IN 0
pb_sv_cvar MOM_KillSpam IN 0
pb_sv_cvar MOM_KillSounds IN 0
pb_sv_cvar hax_AIMBOT IN 0
pb_sv_cvar hax_esp IN 0
pb_sv_cvar hax_AUTOSHOOT IN 0
pb_sv_cvar hax_killspam IN 0
pb_sv_cvar hax_stats 0

If you have done that, then just restart your server, and every now tried to activate his undiscovered hack, per cvar * *
Is immediately kicked because pbcvar check kicks him then when the cvar did not match ...

This is the most widely purchased and hack it at the moment, and really the only multihack for cod4 i know for this time.
blocking the cvars that cheats is very very effective and so some of cheat away on your server or by check cvar kick ...

My Aimbot Banning method

Something that checks for how many headshots in how many time, also checks how fast you react when a head pops up, maybe checks for reactions of ppl playing.
Then, when this is found, record the player for a bit using pb screenshots. (but then 2-5 pics/second)
This will then be autosend to PB master-servers, to validate it and ban the ass.

Also, if there's only 1, why don't pb buy it and add it to their hack-list

Believe it or not, it is actually illegal for them to download from the sites.

I'm sure they download the main hacks anyway. Antivirus company's make their own virus's so people have to buy updates etc. I'm sure PB arn't bothered by the law, but they wouldn't say publicly.

I agree that this is a good way to instantban hackers... But why not record them, their guid, their name, ip etc, (demo the recording), and send it all to punkbuster? I'm sure if they started recieving emails of hackers they'd take it into account...

You can add this too into your pbsvuser.cfg , this will kick the cheater even if he has only installed one of this dvars and his cheat is off, or he deleted the cheat ... then he will kicked because he has registered this dvars ...

(If u registered the seta vars for testing purposes just delete them ito your proifles config_mp.cfg, you will find the seta's and dvars just delete them ..)

By entering this site, they are automatically breaking the law. the only reason people get swaay with hacking these files is stupid loopholes. It is ILLEGAL to hack, unless the files you hack are your property. When you buy a game and install it, the files on your disk are YOUR property, this means you can freely hack them without breaking the law. If you were to hack the packets the game sends in your cheats, you are breaking the law. This (plus difficulty) is why there are no "God" hacks which make you invulnerable, because it would require packet editing.
