COD4 Game start up mosue issue

Hi.
Everytime i start up my game what ever mouse i use, the game makes my mouse hang for around 10-seconds, then when i goto start server or even select menu items it happens again this has been going on quite some time now, does this happen with just Wireless mice, as i dont have a Wired mouse to try to see if it still happens..

Anyoneelse get this problem when starting there game, Mice hangs 2-3 times./ Any way to stop this hanging.?
