Strange Compile error

When i compile my map it comes up with a weird error, here is what it is:
Degenerate triangle
This is caused by collapsing vertices's on the boundaries between two terrains. It can also be caused by a bad brush. Also the clipping tool can cause this; hiding all brushes in an area, selecting complete tall around the point, and pressing 'delete' might fix this problem.

Any1 know how to help me? If you need .map ill send it.

Here's what to do:

hiding all brushes in an area, selecting complete tall around the point, and pressing 'delete' might fix this problem.

do as it says
hide = H
hide all brushes you see (the ones you want to keep)
make a brush over everything (that's been hidden) but don't press escape
click the button to select all brushes in there, delete them, press shift + H and be happy
