New Apple Trojan

Post by YaNo » November 3rd, 2007, 4:23 pm

Seems that there is a trojan for mac

"Apple's day has finally come, and Apple users are going to get hit hard," security researcher Gadi Evron said. "OS X is the new Windows 98."

The apple macs are not virus free, the reason there are very few viruses/trojans is due to the fact, most users in the world use a PC. Hacking for gain would be stupid for Macs as most servers in this world run on PC/Linux systems.

The Mac is not as invincible as they make out.

Invincible, no, invincible compared to the PC, yes. And don't worry Yano, someone like me isn't stupid enough to download a file I don't know from a strange website.

Invincible is either true or false, there is no partial invincibility. Hacking Mac users is like swimming in shit, its possible but you will only come out smelling of crap.
